Scrap warehouse in Lahore's Allama Iqbal Town gutted by fire

Goods worth thousands of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - According to details, fire broke out in a scrap warehouse located in Allama Iqbal Town area of Lahore on late Monday night, Dunya News reported.
The blaze spread very quickly and engulfed the entire building of the godown. Eight fire brigade vehicles reached the spot after being informed and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort.
No loss of life was reported in the incident while goods worth thousands of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire. The cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
